Hi folks, I had always enjoyed soy milk, going back over 20 years or so. During my pregnancies, my GP wasn't so happy about me not using dairy, as at the time there was no real reason for me to be avoiding dairy. 15 years ago, I was diagnosed with a disease called Sarcoidosis. At the time I was not aware that it was an auto-immune disease. Around 5 years ago, my sister (who suffers from a thyroid auto-immune disease) discovered that both of us were meant to avoid both gluten and dairy. I was happy to cut out dairy completely from then on and found that my favourite soy milk was in fact Vitasoy. I chose the lite, gluten free one as I also have to watch my cholesterol. I feel so fabulous without the gluten and dairy in my diet. Thank you Vitasoy for such a fabulous product!! It is the best flavoured soy milk available and I would recommend it to anyone!
