Soy products help regulate production of Oestrogen, not increase it. Interestingly hormones don't work the way we would expect them too. When you add a hormone to the body, your body then produces less as there is already a certain level of that hormone. For example in man wishes to build muscle mass and takes testosterone, his body would actually produce less testosterone. So the whole argument about not drinking soy milk, not drinking if your pregnant with a male baby etc doesn't add up.
