I am now a stronger and healthier person.
3 years ago I've made the decision to stop eating dairy products as I kept on feeling unhealthy and tired. A friend recommended that I go to see this Naturopath. The Naturopath recommend I cut dairy and see if I will start feeling better, which did. Plus a combination of a healthy diet and exercise. I guess the only thing I miss is a nice cheese cake which I do have every now and then
