About Sue Shepherd
Dr Sue Shepherd is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with thirteen years’ experience, has coeliac disease herself, and in 2008, completed her PhD research into aspects of fructose malabsorption, coeliac disease, low FODMAP diets and irritable bowel syndrome. Sue developed the “low FODMAP diet” for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She has graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Promotion and post graduate Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics.
