• Lack of VitaSoy, Soy Milk products on Supermarket Shelves

  Why have the supermarkets reduced the stock of VitaSoy, Soy milk products on their shelves?  VitaSoy, Original, Soy Milk is the only one on the shelves.  Conspicious by there absence are Calci Plus, High Fibre, Organic Light & Vitality for Women.  I have written to Coles Supermarket asking why & they have told me that they still sell the full range of Vita Soy Milk products, which they don't.

  Soy products help regulate production of Oestrogen, not increase it. Interestingly hormones don't work the way we would expect them too. When you add a hormone to the body, your body then produces less as there is already a certain level of that hormone. For example in man wishes to build muscle mass and takes testosterone, his body would actually produce less testosterone. So the whole argument about not drinking soy milk, not drinking if your pregnant with a male baby etc doesn't add up. .... read more>

• Desperately seeking carton version of banana bread

  Sometimes we don't realise what we have until it's gone!!!!
  
  In my case I am talking about the Vitasoy carton version of the amazing spicy banana bread (not the one featured on the website). It's been a long time since I made it. Baking got bumped off due to a new babies many needs, but now we want to make her that healthy yummy bread, the problem is we thought we had a photo of the back of the carton but DO NOT and in the past  just used the cartoon for the recipe. However to our horror, the recipe appears to have been replaced with a smoothie recipe!!!!
  
  The recipe is a SOY MILK not rice milk recipe that from memory contains lots of spice including cardamon and cloves. I always amped the spice level up quiet high and used an electric spice grinder.
  
  PLEASE PLEASE HELP. Not sure why the recipe never made it to the website, but honestly it is AMAZING

• Actually Vegan Please

  I was looking for vegan dinner recipes on the soy.co.nz website but it looks like they don't know what vegan actually means...
