The changing season does not need to be a determinant of how you feel and live your life.
By being aware of yourself and how you handle different situations will allow you to achieve greater things. Keep yourself moving, eat nutritious meals that warm the body and comfort the mind. Embrace life's challenges and view it as an opportunity that you can grow and learn from. Above all, celebrate your successes (even the small ones), and be inspired to get out of bed each morning with a spring in your step, no matter which season it is.
