As a fitness and wellness mentor, my passion is for health, wellbeing and maintaining a balance in all areas of my life. My family is healthy by choice and we follow a mostly vegetarian diet. We still eat fish, eggs and some dairy products, but not cow’s milk.
Vitasoy is my first choice for a dairy alternative. My family and I love the taste and I appreciate the wide variety of choice, e.g. low fat, calcium-enriched, protein-enriched, etc.
