My Soy-Friendly Places
I enjoy these cafes as they not only offer dairy-free alternatives on the menu, but they also offer good service and a pleasurable dining experience. They are great places to visit on days when I need a break; as a mother, and a cook. For other soy-friendly places visit Soy Central to find a great soy-friendly restaurant or café close to you!

This is my favourite local café. The staff are super friendly and it's also a hang out for Mums and bubs, which is great for me as a new Mum. They do a fantastic chai tea brewed with frothy soymilk and honey - it's the perfect treat for afternoon tea. If you happen to drop by for breakfast then you must order the ‘Babe'; a perfectly poached egg on top of crispy bacon, avocado, beans and a wedge of Vienna toast. Delish.

This is a tiny hole in the wall that makes excellent coffee and has really interesting drink combinations. I especially love the Vanilla Chai Frappe (with soy milk!) and the Raspberry Coconut Smoothie. Also, only serious chocoholics should attempt their hot chocolate - it is deliciously lethal!
Big Brekky

A large secluded outdoor area makes this café a popular choice for Mums with big prams! However, it's the food and delicious coffee with properly frothed soymilk that is the real attraction. They recently changed owners and have a new menu but the quality of produce and yummy flavour combinations remain. Make sure you try their corn fritters - they are fabulous!
