I believe strongly in having a balanced diet and lifestyle in general and incorporating dairy alternatives into my diet is an important part of this. As a keen cook and food lover, it's fantastic experimenting with new ingredients, especially when you create something that people with special dietary requirements can enjoy.

I'm a huge fan of the Vitasoy Original Soymilk and love it in my morning porridge and brewed with chai tea. I've started drinking Calci-Plus now that I'm breastfeeding my newborn for an extra boost of nutrients (calcium and vitamin D).
