Ingredients

1 large banana

2 tablespoons greek-style yoghurt

1/4 cup Vitasoy Rice Milk

2 raw brazil nuts, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon raw almonds, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon rolled oats

Handful blueberries

Method

  1. Slice the banana and place into a small serving bowl. Scoop in the yoghurt and pour over the Vitasoy Ricemilk Enriched. Sprinkle over the nuts, oats and blueberries and dig in!
