Ingredients

1 Granny Smith apple cut into quarters

1/2 cup Kale

1/2 cup cucumber

1 tbsp. mint

1 cup Vitasoy Almond Milk

1 tbsp. of chia seeds

1 cup ice

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in a chilled glass or jar.
