Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed puddings are delicious for breakfasts on the go! Especially when blended with a handful of fresh strawberries. Blending the ingredients changes the texture and makes it even more fluffy and "gelatinous".

Ingredients

1 cup Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite

5 strawberries

3 tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Method

  1. Add all ingredients, including Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite, to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a jar and seal.
  3. Lightly shake the jar to prevent it sticking to the bottom. Place in the fridge for 4 hours to allow to thicken.
  4. Enjoy!

Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite can be substituted for Vitasoy Coconut Milk
