Ingredients

30ml cooled espresso*

200ml Vitasoy Almond Milk**

1 large frozen banana

1/2 tablespoon cocoa or cacao

2 tablespoons rolled oats

1 tablespoon maple syrup

dash vanilla

*Use 30ml of freshly brewed espresso or use instant coffee if desired.
** Any plant milk in the Vitasoy range can be substituted (except the flavoured options)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Drink immediately and enjoy!
